Valentine’s Day!
First, a few shots from Feb 13th!
The world is beautiful, you just have to pay attention! There are so many amazing colours and textures everywhere.
At school, I’ve been working on my team project in a studio that is in a wing of the building that I’ve never really been in before. I discovered that the bathroom in that wing has humongous windows! The light in there is awesome.
Since I’m decluttering my closet, I am uncovering some of my favourite items that I forgot I even had. I don’t think I’ve worn this aqua hoodie for at least the past 6 months. I paired it with this dress that I thrifted ages ago but have never actually worn out yet. Together, it looks like I have a sailor collar. Doesn’t it? I like.
:3
Now, for Valentine’s day!
Quick snap of my Valentine’s outfit. I broke out the hot pink tights! Another item I haven’t worn in forever.
I filled out Jessica Mullen’s Gathering Momentum worksheet while on the bus. I enjoyed it! Though I don’t think I’ll be able to draw on graph paper for much longer. (As you can see, I only really lasted for the first two boxes.) Doing it again today!
I tried drawing myself feeling ‘infatuation’. Drawing is a good way to practice feeling what you want to feel, because you have to feel the emotion in order to draw it! I’m interested in exploring this concept further, and figuring out other ways that drawing can be used for personal development. Radical.
I met up with Denny for our date! There was a rose and a gift. Love!
I’m so grateful that Denny not only does all of those things that boyfriends are ‘supposed’ to do, but he is a thoughtful gift giver! No complaints here. This bottle of perfume has been on my vision board for about 3 years now, haha. (It’s so pretty!) Though it does remind me that I ought to revise my board to focus less on physical possessions, since I decided that I already have enough!
It turned out that the restaurant we wanted to go to was booked up for the whole night. Lesson: Instead of worrying about not making a reservation, just make a reservation. ;) But the upside was that it meant we had plenty of time to get to the movie we wanted to see – Tron: Legacy. It was pretty cool visually, but I think I would have liked it a lot better if I had actually seen the original.
The top comes off to form a ring! I did not know this before.
The rose is now in a vase on my desk. It’s huge!!

HOORAY! Your first three photos are so beautiful! Next time I’ll have to leave some blank area on the worksheet for free drawing! Thanks for posting that awesome photo of it miss! <3
EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU MAKES ME HAPPY.
Jessica: I think that maybe – for me, anyway – it would be beneficial to have 1 graphed area and 2 blank (or otherwise structured) areas. The graphed area one would loosen me up and get me started drawing since it’s low pressure, but then I could actually draw *stuff* in the blank areas.
Heatharr: I LOVE YOU TOO! <333 I'm happy that you're happy.
awesome thanks for the feedback! I’ll probably make another version soon ^_^
